are made with fresh fruit (when available) or frozen fruit. 
  • No purchased fillings.
  • No preservatives.
  • No precooking of fruit.
All pastry is made with old fashioned  tenderflake lard, flour, salt and water.


Special orders

People have bought my pies, fresh or frozen, for  family gatherings, barbeques, Wedding dinners, hunt camps, etc. 
Or to freeze for winter use.

History of My Business
I have been baking for farmers' markets for a number of years.  I am at Renfrew on Saturdays and Pembroke on Wednesdays. 
My background training is a graduate  from Kemptville College in Home Economics. 
I worked as a Food Service Manager in Homes for the Aged for approximately 13 years.  I learnt my special traits from my best teacher, my Mother.
